What size is the button?

My Sunny Street currently only sells 44mm diameter button badges. All pin badges, magnets, and keychains are the same size. This is how the diameter is measured. 44mm is approximately 1.73 inches.

How much does it cost?

Prices are based on the backing type, not the design.

How do I make a purchase?

OPTION 1 (For smaller orders)

  1. Visit our shopee store: https://shopee.com.my/mysunnystreet
  2. Browse our catalogue, and add all the items you want to your cart. Be sure to purchase a minimum of 2 units per listing (mix and match designs + backing types allowed).
  3. Checkout and pay via ShopeePay, SPay Later, online banking, or any preferred payment method supported by Shopee.

OPTION 2 (For custom orders or large quantities above 500 units)

  1. Contact me via Whatsapp. You can find out how here.
  2. Browse My Sunny Street’s catalogue via Shopee, and list down codes of the designs you wish to order. Codes should always be in this format: design00X (e.g. bday001, coffee002, etc.)
  3. Wait for me to send a quotation or invoice pdf.
  4. Make payments according to what has been discussed or stated in quotation/invoice.
  5. Stay in touch with me for updates on your order’s preparation and shipment. I usually need 5-14 working days to prepare, depending on how big your order is.
  6. Send a final confirmation message once you’ve received and checked your order.

Why should I order via Shopee?

  1. Shopee has lower shipping fees, shipping discounts, and vouchers that you can claim and use. This benefits you if you have smaller orders.
  2. Shopee is a trusted, reliable, e-commerce platform that is able to handle return/refund processes more smoothly than I can alone.
  3. Shopee has instant documentation of your purchase, and much a more detailed order-tracking system than other couriers.

Only order via Whatsapp IF…

  1. You have specific details you’d like to communicate to me OR if you have a request to make (CSR, charity help, etc.)
  2. You have a large quantity order that exceeds the maximum volume/weight dimensions supported by Shopee.
  3. You can afford to wait a little longer for your large order to be prepared.

Final Disclaimers:

  1. My Sunny Street ONLY fulfills orders within Malaysia.
  2. My Sunny Street has the right to decline your request if it is too complicated, or if I am uncertain whether I can fulfill it.
  3. I prefer if you pick pre-existing designs from my shop, but am open to custom requests.
  4. My Sunny Street only accepts customization requests if you leave space for my creative freedom and personal branding (appropriate logo, link, QR codes, etc.) to be on the merchandise.
  5. If customization is agreed upon, only 1 opportunity for feedback and revisions will be given. I will give you my first draft of designs, you can collect your team’s feedback and make a request for changes in the designs. All designs will be final after that.
  6. My Sunny Street reserves the right at any time to change product prices (depending on manufacturing costs, discounts, etc.). I will notify you of any such changes to the extent it is possible to do so.
  7. Charity, non-profit, welfare, and fundraising events take precedence for discounts.
  8. Please understand My Sunny Street is a small family-run business. We are not able to fulfill your requests the way big corporations/businesses can. Your cooperation, patience, and kind understanding is highly appreciated.
